We drive the whole process from origination, underwriting, compliance, quality control and closing. Our Deed of Trust are serviced by industry well-known third party servicers. Our investors have 24-hour portal access to each loan and accounting. Our investors are paid through direct deposits by the servicing company.  

We provide up to 125% title insurance coverage by reputable Title Companies on our loans. All transactional documents including Deed of Trust, Notes and other Documents are available through secured cloud drives for review.
